How it works

Every employee will work the same way

Whichever team it works for, an AI employee will follow the same four steps: take the goal, propose a plan, wait for the approvals your rules require, then do the work and record it.

01

Set the goal

Ask in plain words, where you already work. It will use your docs, policies and guidelines, so it starts from how your company does things rather than from a blank page.

To your AI Marketer
“Plan the launch of our new feature for the 14th.”
To your AI ITSM Agent
“Alex joins the sales team on Monday. Get everything ready.”
To your AI Marketer
“Turn this release note into a blog post, a LinkedIn post and an X thread.”
Example requests to the AI Marketer and the AI ITSM Agent.
02

Plan

You'll see every step it intends to take and why, and you can change the plan before anything happens. Nothing in your tools changes at this stage.

Plan · Next 4 weeks
Waiting for approval
Goal: more sign-ups from search. Audience: engineering managers at teams of 10–200.
  1. Week 1
    • Search gap report against 3 competitors
    • 2 articles for the biggest gaps
  2. Week 2
    • LinkedIn series: 6 posts from the articles
    • Reply drafts for 10 Reddit threads
  3. Week 3
    • Launch day: assets, copy, announcement
  4. Week 4
    • Results: traffic, rankings, AI search mentions

03

Approve

Rules you set will decide which steps need a person: anything that publishes, spends money or changes someone's access, for example. The approver your rules name will be asked, and nothing waits on the model's judgement.

Act and learn

Approved steps will run in your connected tools. Every step will be recorded with who asked, who approved and what changed, and the edits your team makes will shape the next piece of work.

You decide what needs a person

By default, anything that publishes, spends money or changes someone's access will wait for the approver your rules name. Read how approvals, access and the record of every step fit together.
