Why isn't there a public price?
Because every deployment is different. The number of AI employees you deploy, the systems they touch, the volume of requests, and the governance controls you enable all change the shape of the plan. We publish a price only when we'd be lying by simplification.
Can we start free?
Yes. The Free tier lets one small team explore BeforeQuery — one knowledge base, one AI employee, read-only playbooks, first-party integrations, the widget, and the search + chat API. It's the fastest way to see the platform on your own data before talking to us.
How does pricing scale?
Two axes: the number of AI employees deployed and the volume of requests, playbook runs, and actions executed. We size the plan against your projected first-year usage with room to grow — no cliff, no surprise overage bills. Multi-year deals with predictable growth are the norm.
What about my existing agent budget?
Every conversation starts with a review of what you already spend on ticket volume, contractor cost, or an incumbent agent platform. If we can't show a clear line to the ROI in your first year, we tell you so on the first call.
Do you offer a proof-of-concept?
Yes — the standard motion is a 45-day proof on one team (usually IT or Support), scoped against a golden set of past requests. If it hits the accuracy and resolution targets we agree upfront, the contract expands from there.
Bring my own model and key?
Yes. Use Anthropic, OpenAI, or self-hosted inference; your API key sits in your workspace under AES-256-GCM. Embedding the index still runs on our infrastructure by default; self-hosted is available on Enterprise.
