How we chose

We make BeforeQuery, so it's listed first; weigh that. Every other product is described from its own public website, checked on 6 October 2026, with the pages linked at the end. We've tried to say plainly where each one is the better choice.

  • Meeting prep and follow-ups from your CRM, calendar and the web.
  • CRM updates that keep the pipeline accurate.
  • Whether a person approves emails and CRM changes.
  • Works with your CRM.
  • Clear pricing model.

What stands out

  • A brief before every external meeting, with sources.
  • CRM changes shown as before → after, approved by the deal owner in Slack.
  • A Monday digest of deals that haven't moved.

Worth knowing

  • No prospecting database or email sequences; it works on your existing CRM.
  • Newer than the specialists in this list.

Pricing: Not published; set on a short call.

  • Make sure it works with your CRM and calendar.

Questions

Should an AI sales assistant email prospects on its own?

Some do, like Salesforce's SDR agent. Many teams prefer drafts a rep sends, to protect their domain reputation and relationships.

Do I need call recordings?

Only for tools built around them, like Gong. Meeting briefs and CRM upkeep can work from the calendar, the CRM and the rep's notes.
