Best AI ITSM tools in 2026

The last year reshaped AI for IT service management. Automation Anywhere bought Aisera and ServiceNow completed its Moveworks deal in late 2025; in 2026 ServiceNow put AI in every package and announced Flow for Slack and Teams, and Palo Alto Networks bought Console. Here's what each option does now.

How we chose

We make BeforeQuery, so it's listed first; weigh that. Every other product is described from its own public website, checked on 6 October 2026, with the pages linked at the end. We've tried to say plainly where each one is the better choice.

  • Employees can ask where they work (Slack or Teams), in plain words.
  • It carries out the change (access, resets, onboarding), not just logs a ticket.
  • Approvals come from written policies, not the AI's judgement.
  • Access reviews and an audit trail for security audits.
  • Clear pricing model.
