How many client workspaces can I manage?
There is no workspace limit on Pro or Enterprise plans. Create a separate workspace for each client to keep their knowledge, analytics, and team members fully isolated.
Can I white-label the BeforeQuery widget?
The widget is fully customizable — colors, fonts, logo, placeholder text, and positioning. It does not show BeforeQuery branding by default. Enterprise plans can also remove the 'Powered by BeforeQuery' attribution.
Can I resell BeforeQuery as part of a managed service?

How do I manage access for each client's team?
Each workspace has its own user management. Invite client team members to their workspace with role-based access (Admin, Editor, Viewer). Your agency account has an admin view across all workspaces.
